UK Express Delivery
- Guaranteed next day delivery from the point of despatch
- Orders placed before 12 noon will be shipped on the same day
- Delivered Monday - Friday
UK Standard
- Delivered Monday - Friday
- Delivery between 3-5 days
- All orders can be tracked
Europe
- Delivered Monday - Friday
- Deliveries are usually made within 5-7 working days of despatch
- Please allow a week for your order to get to you
US/Canada
- Delivered Monday - Friday
- Deliveries are usually made within 10-14 working days of despatch
*during November, December and Sale periods please allow up to 2 additional days

How will you ship my order?
We use courier services to deliver the majority of our customer parcels.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to B.F.P.O or A.P.O addresses.
Can I specify a day for delivery?
Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact delivery date.
However, we do advise that you contact our Customer Services Team if your order is urgent, so we can speed up the process wherever possible.
